About Webbs Chapel Methodist Church - Denver NC
Our History
Webbs Chapel has a long history, beginning in the late 1800s. Many of today's members are part of the original founding families.
Since 1968, the church has been part of the United Methodist Church. In August, 2023, the church voted to disaffiliate from the UMC.
On Sunday, September 10, 2023, the church voted to become an independent church. Please pray for Webbs Chapel as we follow God's plans for our future!

Our worship services are designed to be uplifting, inspiring, and centered around the teachings of Christ. Our Worship Service begins at 10AM Sunday Mornings. Reverend Tim Killian, a Denver native, brings many years of experience to Webbs Chapel in thoughtful, provoking, and bible based sermons and is a blessing to the congregation. Rev Killian and his wife Jo began their leadership at Webbs Chapel in January, 2024.
